In Sweden when you hire people you can almost 100% trust that they do their job and you as a manager can have a vacation and work will be done anyway. I have tried to find a collaborator in Sicily for the tourism sector three times and it seems to be the most difficult thing to do. Everytime I have found out that the person asks for money from the people the collaborator is suppose to contact and present our offers. So the person tries to get paid from both sides. That is just so tacky! The person also makes up their own versions of the offers to sell it in and that creates problems when the version the client got does not correspond with the information I am coming with. So, my collaborator today is my hubby and he tries to help me out as much as he can and it works fine. I am sure he will not ask for double money.

S?, idag ?r min kollaborat?r min man och han f?rs?ker hj?lpa mig s? mycket han kan och det fungerar bra. Jag ?r s?ker p? att han inte kommer att beg?ra dubbla pengar.
