Saturday I spent my day listening to the nature and went to sleep infront of the fireplace at 8 pm and woke up sunday morning at 11 am. Sundays breakfast was sicilian antipasti with red wine, a black sicilian natural Nero D’Avola. This is life quality!
Some health specialists have recommended to eat bread and pasta sometimes, if it is local made. Because if I eliminate these totally and sometimes by accident eat wheat, the reaction can be deadly. Local made bread made with local wheat, I do not get any reactions.
