1) I close my electricity supply. Pay the last “closure invoice”. Then they claim I have not paid one single bill. So I had electricity all this time and now you say I have not paid one bill? I do not even bother to answer.
2) I close internet, pay the last bill and return the box. Now they claim I never returned the box and have two more years to go. Just sent them a mail when and where I returned the box and do not bother to answer them anymore. The most ironic thing is that I have a new pre-paid internet solution from the same company and it is open even if I do not answer the old claims.
3) I close the water supply. They took my mailadress to send the last invoce. No invoice comes, but lots of mails of other things. Soon will arrive a mega invoice with late payment rates ecc. Will only pay for the consumtion part and not bother to answer them at all.
Most italians contact lawyers and start a battle, or some pay because of fear. I do not give them attention because after a year they stop harrassing automatically and I have paid everything. It is better to put the evidence burden on the company.

Tonnara di Scopello is the oldest tuna fisherman area in Sicily with a history back to 1200. Has a limited entry which is good to protect this special place.
Gangi is the old Greek name of Sicily. A mountain town with Norman origins situated 1000 m.a.s.l. with 6100 inhabitants. Named themselves “The town of arts”. Tricky roads to drive too, but offers stunning views and originality. Here I also found a local tambourine shop still making tambourines the traditional way from goat skin.
Att bara kunna öppna kranen för att dricka vatten eller laga mat, är inte en självklarhet i alla länder. Något som även tas förgivet i de få länder som har drickbart vatten direkt i kranen hemma och på jobbet utan att behöva köpa vatten på flaska och sen bära hem de tunga paketen. Tyvärr är inte vattnet rent något mer på alla platser i Sverige heller och då kan vattnet behövas renas. Ett ganska nytt fenomen för oss som är van vid rent vatten. Då börjar också sökandet för information om rätt slags av rening av vatten och var det kan behövas. Mestadels behövs vattenrening inom industrin och inte än nått hushållen riktigt. Det finns redan många erfarna inom området som kan erbjuda system som passar just er verksamhet. Det fiffiga är också hur enkelt det är att byta filter där patronfilter anpassas efter behov via tillbehör eller färdiga paketlösningar. Hjälp finns också så att filtret fungerar på ett korrekt sätt.
